Service Scope

VPNYoung provides international route connections, app-based smart routing and subscription management, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients and subscriptions are available through the user panel. Refer to the panel for currently available access methods and configurations.

The service provides network connectivity; it does not provide third-party platform accounts, memberships or content licenses. When accessing international websites and apps, you must still follow the rules of the relevant platforms. A successful route connection does not guarantee that a third-party platform will allow access or that all of its features will be available.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; a username and password are enough to create an account. Keep your login details, subscription links and imported configurations secure. Do not publish them publicly, resell or rent your account, or share your subscription with others. Unlimited devices means the account holder may use the service on their own devices; it does not permit shared use by multiple people or providing network services to others.

See the Plans page and your user panel order for plan details and pricing. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Check your selection before confirming an order so you do not mistake a data package for a subscription that resets monthly.

Compliant Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and to your activities. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, including online fraud, violating others’ privacy, distributing illegal content, infringing intellectual property, accessing systems without authorization or carrying out cyberattacks.

Do not send spam, distribute malicious software, misuse others’ resources or disrupt the normal operation of routes or platforms through automated requests or other means. Using the service does not relieve you of responsibility for your own actions. For disputes involving content, transactions or authorization, check with the relevant platform or rights holder.

Availability and Scope of Liability

Connection performance depends on your local network, device configuration, international links and the policies of destination platforms. Maintenance, route adjustments, third-party network failures or force majeure may interrupt connections or change route availability. The service does not guarantee continuous access to any specific website, a fixed speed or uninterrupted service.

If an issue occurs, first check your subscription status and update your configuration, then submit a ticket with the necessary details. VPNYoung will address service issues within reasonable limits. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Other liability is determined by applicable law and the circumstances of the matter; nothing in these terms waives statutory obligations.

Suspension and Account Termination

If VPNYoung identifies unlawful use, account resale, subscription sharing, attacks or abuse that materially affects service operations, it may suspend the relevant connection or account based on the risk and investigate the matter. You may explain the situation, provide supporting information or raise an objection through a user panel ticket.

If a violation is confirmed, VPNYoung may require corrective action or terminate account access, depending on the circumstances. Suspension or termination does not automatically remove any rights you have under applicable law. If a connection stops because a subscription expires or its traffic is used up, check your resource status in the panel first; this should not be treated as account termination.

Changes to These Terms and Contact

These terms may be updated if service features, operational arrangements or applicable laws change. Updates will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be revised. Changes that materially affect user rights will be announced on the site or through the user panel.

The scope and effective date of any changes will follow the notice and applicable law. Updated terms will not diminish rights you have already acquired under applicable law.
